The shipping fees for Era devices, including Era Pro and Era Life, are a result of increased regulation for the mailing of vaporizers. PAX relies on a network of private carriers via We Ship Express, providing a novel final mile delivery with adult signature requirements. 

All orders over $199 get Free Shipping. 

Orders for products from our PAX Collection ship via USPS Priority for US orders and Canada Post, UPS or Purolator for Canada orders. Both methods have a standard delivery estimate of 3-7 business days.

Orders for products from the Era Collection in the US ship via a private carrier with a delivery estimate of 10-25 days. In Canada, these orders will continue to ship via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post.

• Delivery dates on our website are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.

Devices –

Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased within 14 days on pax.com. If the tamper proof seal is broken a refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased through an authorized PAX retailer cannot be refunded by PAX Labs. Contact us to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Apparel –

Apparel items purchased from bestpaxpods.com may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Due to our fast and highly automated fulfillment system, it may not be possible to cancel an order once it’s been placed. Unopened devices purchased from bestpaxpods.com can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

If possible, we recommend refusing delivery of any damaged parcel. If you have questions about the status or condition of your order, please reach out to our support team. 

Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.
